Let's Play Fallout 4 Info

One of our admins, Ralph Streb (known us ~ Charlie on Vault-Tec Inc. Facebook page), was kind enough to record his very first playthrough of Fallout 4 just for you. Ralph was already very helpful with our (never finished) Fallout: Diaspora series, where he gave his voice to a few characters from the videos. He is also known as Coolguy around the web, and The Gaming Corner is the gaming community he created some time ago.

For Let's Play Fallout 4, Ralph uses an Open Broadcast System, and for editing, he use a program called Sony Vegas Pro 13. At the beginning of the series, Ralph named his character Bearington and that's pretty much all you need to know for now. Check his work in his very first episode of Let's Play Fallout 4 below, and subscribe to our YouTube Channel for more!

Below you can see an embedded Let's Play Fallout 4 Playlist which you can follow on YouTube.

Thank you for watching, we do this for you. Share some thoughts about the video below - it helps us grow in every way!

There are Already Mods for Fallout 4

Since Nexus opened a Fallout 4 page for mods few days ago, we can already find a couple of game mods. To be honest, it's a bunch of icons and Unofficial Perk Poster Patch, except for one that is actually a real Fallout 4 Game enchantment -- Enhanced Wasteland Preset by Razed.

Now to be perfectly clear - there is no official program for making mods for Fallout 4 yet, but there is that SweetFX, which means that Enhanced Wasteland is actually a ReShade / SweetFX Preset.

According to Razed, the goal of this preset was to slightly add more vibrancy to the wasteland environment in Fallout 4 and make it appear less washed out. Since the game is not officially published, be warned for spoilers!

Fallout 4 - Enhanced Wasteland in Pictures

If you're eager to see the Fallout 4 Enhanced Wasteland in action, check the video below, but you know - possible spoiler alert.

If you watched the video, drop in some thoughts about the Enhanced Wasteland Preset by Razed., and meet me on the Vault-Tec Inc. Facebook page! If you want more sneak-peak into Fallout 4, stay tuned and Subscribe!

Watch the Fallout 4 Intro Cinematic Trailer

Unlike the Video Gameplay, that has been leaked to Vidme few days ago, and removed quickly due to a copyright claim, or for violating the terms of use, the Cinematic Intro from Fallout 4 actually made it to YouTube, and who knows for how long it will be there so share it quickly! The video is courtesy of Zirkky.

Update: that video is taken down by ZeniMax Media Inc due to a copyright claim, so we added ours instead.

Be warned as this Intro Cinematic Trailer may contain spoilers!

Watch the Fallout 4 Intro Cinematic Trailer on YouTube.

I must say, this intro gave me chills! I totally understand if you don't want to spoil your game early, but I highly recommend it to everyone who doesn't mind it and want every single bit of new Fallout 4 info just before the game launch.

For those who watched, drop in some thoughts about the whole "leak", and until 11-10, meet me on the Vault-Tec Inc. Facebook page! If you want some more early sneak-peak into Fallout 4, stay tuned or even better -- Subscribe!

Fallout 4 Launch Trailer and Apps

Just a "few more days", as Bethesda Devs would say, until Fallout 4 release, and we got a beautiful Launch Trailer that contain spoilers to those who don't want to know anything about the story in Fallout 4. Bethesda is bombing us with lots of new information, screenshots, trailers and Apps lately and I love it. The marketing campaign for Fallout 4 is flawless from a day one!

Now, the trailer doesn't reveal the game story itself, but some of the aspects and game settings. If you ask me, I would watch it anyway, it is that good! Watch it, yeah. Below.

Fallout 4 Launch Trailer

Just a day before the Fallout 4 Launch Trailer, iOS and Android users got a new C.H.A.T. App, and now the Pip-Boy App also! I didn't check the C.H.A.T. App, but I got the chance to try the Pip-Boy App.

Fallout Pip-Boy

The Bip-Boy App is currently working in a demo mode until 11-10-15, and then you will have to connect it with your Fallout 4 game on PC, Xbox One, or PlayStation 4 to get it fully functional. Although in demo mode, you can actually see the Map with no landmarks, and also play the Atomic Command.

Interesting about the Atomic Command is that it gives you the bonus landmark every 10000 points you collect. It is very challenging to collect 10000 points, I must say, so don't get your hopes too high. You can also view a few weapon and armor stats in demo mode. Get the Fallout Pip-Boy app at the App Store and Google Play. Windows app version will come later today.

Have you seen the latest Fallout 4 screens, launch trailer, or tried any of the new Apps?! Share your thoughts below!

Fallout 4 Video Gameplay Leaked [Spoilers!]

We've seen a lot of Fallout 4 screens in past few days, and now, we even got an early leak of the Fallout 4 Gameplay Videos. Vidme user totallynotreal, that is actually LennyReviews from unknown game review company (since his page was missing at the point of writing this), has posted a few Gameplay Videos of Fallout 4.

Although, he claims that the footage is not his and that he simply re-uploaded them, asking Bethesda not to sue him... Oh well..

Enjoy and be warned -- spoilers ahead!

Fallout 4 Gameplay - Part 1

Fallout 4 Gameplay - Part 2

Fallout 4 Gameplay - Part 3

Fallout 4 Gameplay - Part 4

There is, however, a gameplay gap between some of the videos, but that's, in my opinion, not to ruin the game story too much. If you want some more early sneak-peak into Fallout 4, stay tuned or even better -- Subscribe!

For those who watched, drop in some thoughts about the whole "leak", and until 11-10, meet me on the Vault-Tec Inc. Facebook page!

UPDATE: As you can see, the videos are all taken down by Bethesda, better luck next time..

Beautiful Fallout-Themed Photo Session from a Couple from Moscow

We already have our list of Amazing Fallout-themed Things in Real Life, and this is certainly one of them! If you remember our article Experience Vault Escape in Real Life, then you know who sent us the whole story.

If you've never read the article, I highly recommend you to do so! The whole story about the Real Life Vault Escape was sent in by a true Fallout fan from Moscow, Russia - Dmitry Medvedenko [Twitter].

This time, Dmitry sent us another Real-Life Fallout-themed experience, which he now shares with the woman he married, not so long ago. It's the same woman he experienced the Vault Escape in the first place - Katie! Dmitry and Katie did a beautiful pre-wedding Fallout-themed photo session just a few weeks before their real wedding. Dmitry sent us the photos via our Facebook page, and continued: "We both love the Fallout concept and style, and we hate the classic wedding cheesy stuff."

I asked Dmitry about the history with Katie, since they both love Fallout, and he just added: "I'm crazy about Fallout, Katie's crazy about me, so now she loves it too." Personally, I'm very happy for them, as I'm happy for every couple around the world that is in love with Fallout! Check the gallery Dmitry sent us below;

You can see a photo session rich with Fallout-themed props, from the original Fallout to the newest title, like the Gauss Rifle (which is Katie's favourite weapon), Pip-Boy, Vault Suite from the Vault 13, G.E.C.K., a pre-war wedding dress and then some. You can also see Geoffrey - a German shepherd police dog, which is a nice touch regarding the upcoming Fallout 4!

Dmitry and Katie freshly made a Fallout Nerds Russia page on Instagram, where you can find the latest from them! The Vault-Tec Inc. wishes for Katie and Dmitry to spend their lives dedicated to each other and Fallout also, and many happy hours while playing Fallout 4!

If you're one of the lucky ones, that has his better part also in love with the Fallout universe, and also have some incredible makings of yours to share with the community, feel free to contact us via a message on our Facebook page, or simply send me an email!

Experience Fallout 4 in GTA 5

Since I love creating this kind of videos, the ones that include scripting, moding, acting and a lots of editing, I had to share this little (but great) thing with you! If you love GTA and Fallout series, this you'll enjoy as much as I am!

The YouTube user Mitch L crafted an amazing GTA 5 video using the Power Armor mod from 5mods.com. Mitch described the video as his shitty version of V.A.T.S. and the Power Armor mod, but I can assure you it's nothing like he said. He made this since the hype for Fallout 4 is so big these days.

Take a look and see it for yourself in this awesome video below;

GTA 5 FALLOUT 4 RPG Mod

Besides the Power Armor mod, there are a few more mods for GTA 5, like the Laser Rifle but this one is also worth of mention - The GTA 5 Fallout 4 RPG Mod. It's actually a combination of mods such are GTA 5 RPG Mod, Fallout 4 Pip-Boy Mod and some others. You can loot, craft and complete quest in the GTA 5 RPG Mod witch also includes a working Pip boy and some other Fallout 4 themes.  Since this is not a GTA fan site, I'll not cover them all, but just this video of a nice and fun attempt of getting into a Fallout world trough the GTA 5, which is, well, worth of mention.

You can see the GTA 5 Fallout 4 RPG Mod in video below;

And of course, the Fallout BoS Power Armor Mod for GTA 5 video showcase:

Don't forget to check the freshly updated Fallout 4 Portal for all the latest Fallout 4 news, as the latest article about Character System (S.P.E.C.I.A.L. & Perks)! Fan of GTA? Share some thoughts below!

Fallout 4 - Character System (S.P.E.C.I.A.L. & Perks)

As Bethesda's devs would like to say; At the heart of Fallout 4 is its character system. The first choice you make, in Fallout 4, is the starting value from 1 to 10 of your 7 S.P.E.C.I.A.L. attributes: Strength, Perception, Endurance, Charisma, Intelligence, Agility, and Luck. Perks are divided up into groups of 10 under each of the 7 S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stats, with each of the perks requiring a different value for that stat, from 1 to 10. There are a total of 70 perks, with 275 ranks, and the player is able to choose one perk every level. Perks no longer have level nor skill requirements, and are now merged with the skill system of previous games.

Bethesda’s Vice President of Marketing and PR, Pete Hines stated during the gamescom 2015;
"The focus of the team on Fallout 4 was to really play up the importance of the SPECIAL system... that it is really the core of the role-playing part of Fallout 4... and to use it combined with the perks to allow for a lot more variety as far as characters that you can play, the choices that you make, and how you can make your character progression and development unique... there’s so many different paths to what kind of character builds that you can have."

With Bethesda having also announced that there will be no level cap for Fallout 4, you can play the game for as long as you want, in order to unlock all of the perks the game has to offer. Take a closer look at the official Fallout 4's Character System video below;

It's pretty simple this way; when you level up, you select a Perk, from a Perk chart within the game. Several recognizable perks can be seen on the poster that comes with the Pip-Boy Edition of Fallout 4, so take a closer look at the Fallout 4 Perk Poster:

Imagine Fallout 4 as an Isometric, Old-School Styled Game

The Stasis developer and the game artist, Chris Bischoff, is a huge fan of Fallout franchise, and classic Fallout games were a big inspiration for Stasis creation, which is also an isometric game. Chris Bischoff is known as a really talented artist when it comes to isometric art, and he did some pretty awesome art of various game titles such are Bioshock Infinite, Assassin's Creed 4, and some others, which you can see at this Imgur gallery.

Chris decided to pay a little tribute to Bethesda’s RPG releasing the following images, showing what Fallout 4 would look like as a 2D isometric game. Sadly, only two pictures of 2D Fallout 4 are available on Imgur, but those two will do for now. :)

If you're a fan of old-school isometric games, you can download the Alpha Demo version of Stasis (2013), or you can check the game on Steam, which is now 20% off.

If Fallout continued with an isometric perspective, would you even consider to play Fallout 4? Do you believe that hype would be the same?! Would you pay $60 for 2D Fallout game!? I know I would! Tell us what you think of this finely crafted art, and remember - We'll be there!

Fallout Shelter is Coming to Android on August 13th!

You all know by now that Fallout Shelter is making millions for Bethesda; more money than Candy Crush Saga, and that is #1 App on the App Store. For those who don't know what Fallout Shelter is (which I highly doubt, but still); Fallout Shelter is an App for iPhone and iPad (requires at least an iPhone 5, iPad 3, or iPad mini 2), created by Bethesda Softworks LLC, and it's free-to-download. In Fallout Shelter, you build your perfect Vault, which include a base-building and people managing strategies.

The first thing that most of us realized while watching the #BE3 Showcase is that the game is released for iOS only. I knew that the game is going to be released for Android eventually, and now, it is official - Fallout Shelter is coming to Android!

It seems that Bethesda finally decided not to keep every information classified anymore, so they hinted over their Twitter - Yes, we're also working on Fallout Shelter for Android. Hopefully out in a few months. Thank you for that dear Bethesda, as for Fallout 4!

I understand that the Apple only launch could have been due to the company wanting to keep this game a secret until the big announcement at E3, I just thought they had everything ready to release the Android App some time sooner than a "few months" period after the E3, but, oh well... Bethesda will no doubt be delighted by Fallout Shelter's financial success on iOS, and who knows what we will see in the future of "Mobile Fallout".

I would highly recommend you to follow the devs if you wish to get nothing but first-hand, fresh news about your favorite games. Links are below, as is the Fallout Shelter #BE3 Showcase video. Be sure to check it if you haven't already and enjoy my dear Fallout fans!

Follow Bethesda on Google+, Facebook, Twitter, and also YouTube and Twitch channels.

UPDATE:
Earlier today at QuakeCon, Todd Howard revealed to an enthusiastic crowd that Fallout Shelter will be available for FREE on Google Play for Android devices on August 13th!

Whether you’re playing on Android or on iOS, Fallout Shelter will feature new game updates, including Mr. Handy as an all new premium reward. Have him collect resources inside your Vault, send him into the wasteland to collect loot, and defend your Vault from creatures and disasters, including all new Deathclaw invasions and Molerat infestations.

Benefits of The Wasteland: Top Perks Wanted Back in Fallout 4

Since the original Fallout, perks have given us the edge we need in combat, conversation, and survival, to make it in the post-apocalyptic world. With the announcement and reveal of Fallout 4, the newest in the franchise, we can only assume perks shall be returning. With new perks surely being thrown into the mix of the old, we look forward to becoming the most adept wastelander in Boston. However, not all of the perks were created equally, some offering much more than the others. In the Spirit of the fourth installation to the series, here are the top 4 perks I’d like to see within Fallout 4.

4.) Mister Sandman

Appearing in both Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas, this perk allowed the player, whilst sneaking, to perform an instant kill on any ghoul or human character who is sleeping, and rewards the player with bonus XP for such kills. For those who chose stealth over brute force, this was a valuable perk to have, especially in such areas as raider camps.

3.) Cannibal

Cannibal was a perk present in Both Fallout 3 and New Vegas, and, as the name suggests, allowed the player to eat the flesh of human corpses (including non-feral ghouls). As a trade-off, each time one fed, they lost one karma point, and if any friendly characters saw such an act, they would become hostile towards the player. While saintly wasters would best steer clear, it made quite the difference when down on health (or Food, if playing on hardcore in New Vegas) and the last of the sugar bombs had been devoured an hour before.

Bonus: Dine and Dash
A challenge perk available in New Vegas, Dine and Dash allowed the player to harvest the flesh of humans and non-feral ghouls after they had eaten 25 corpses. After 25, you’re pretty much past the point of no return, so mind as well learn to save your meals for later!

2.) Mysterious Stranger

This perk, appearing in Fallout, Fallout 2, Fallout 3, and Fallout: New Vegas, added the Stranger, a mysterious character who came to your aid in random hostile encounters (in Fallout 1 and 2) or appeared within V.A.T.S. to help you finish off an enemy (in Fallout 3 and New Vegas). Based purely on luck, many a times have I been saved from sure death because of this stranger's signature .44 magnum. Though, due to its random nature, his (or her, as a female stranger appeared in the original two games if the player was female) aid is not something on should rely on.

1.) Black  Widow / Lady Killer

Appearing in both Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas, Black Widow (for the ladies) and Lady Killer (for the lads) were perks which gave the player an additional amount of damage, 10%, against the opposite sex. It also gave unique dialog options with the opposite. While the damage is a nice bonus, what really helped out was the dialogue, which often got you out of long and tedious tasks, or access to items and knowledge that made the game much more enjoyable.

Bonus: Cherchez La Femme / Confirmed Bachelor
These two perks added in New Vegas were the politically correct cousins of Black Widow and Confirmed Bachelor, allowing the player the same benefits with the same sex.

With many perks to choose from, this list only gives a glimpse of the great things offered in the previous games. Many are sure to make another appearance within Fallout 4, alongside new perks yet to be seen. Hopefully, the aforementioned perks shall make a comeback in the newest game, and make our homecoming to the wasteland that much better.

What's New in The Wasteland (Fallout 4 E3 Highlights)

Fallout 4 #BE3 Showcase Highlights

Since New Vegas, Fallout fans have patiently awaited the next piece in the franchise, in hopes of more wasteland fun in bigger and "badder" ways. After years of silence, and a rather surprise announcement, Bethesda Game Studios has given unto the mass Fallout 4, which seems to be the largest, most ambitious title of the IP yet. On June 14th, during E3, much was shown of what they had to offer within the game. Many new features were added, and many favorites have been brought back, tweaked and improved for the new game. Here are some of the key features which were highlighted during the E3 presentation and some speculation from watching.

A Voiced Character

A first for any Bethesda RPG, Fallout 4 will feature a voiced player character, for either male or female. Finally, a voice is put to the mute hero of the wasteland, but this isn’t the only voicing miracle added to Fallout 4.

Todd Howard revealed that over thousand of the most common names (not known how many female and male) have been recorded for the players robot, Codsworth, to address the player as. This is monumental. Though it’s only one character, the ability for you to hear your name in the game makes for a far better immersion experience.

Pip-Boy

With a new game comes a new Pip-Boy, the wrist-worn companion of Fallout. The new Pip-Boy is much more interactive and immersive, with all onscreen items and Vault Boys animated (as far as we can tell). The Pip-Boy also adds game tapes, a rather gimmicky, yet none the less amazing addition to the game.

In addition to the improvements, many a fanboy's dream has been answered. With the Collector’s Edition comes a fully functional, smartphone powered Pip-Boy replica. A second screen companion app will allow you to use your phone, with or without the Replica case, as your in-game Pip-Boy.

Crafting

One of the biggest features, and in my opinion, the most exciting, is the insane amounts of customization and crafting added to the game. First things shown was the settlement and base building features, which seemed very Minecraft-esque. Bethesda seems to have tested the waters in base crafting with the Hearthfire DLC for Elder Scrolls: Skyrim. While it was executed decently there, it seems they’ve stepped up their game, a lot. You’ll be able to set up multiple settlements, set up defense systems, and even create pixel art through the powered generators available in crafting.

Bethesda RPGs have always allowed one to grab literally object in the game, though before much of it was useless junk which clogged the inventory and brought Encumbrance to the unwise adventurer and wastelander. That is no longer the case in Fallout 4. Every item has a purpose through crafting. The material is obtained through scrapping the many items found scattered across the wasteland.

Todd Howard stated during the E3 presentation that there is over 50 base weapons, and over 700 modifications and add-ons. That leads to thousands upon thousands of customization options for your personal arsenal in the wasteland. It was even seen you could name your custom weapons.

Man’s Best Friend

Dogs are one of the only creatures, besides humans (for the most part) which survived with minimal radiation present in the Fallout Universe, excluding cyborg dogs such as Rex. your furry friend took the spotlight in the first announce Trailer, and even more was revealed about them during E3. It’s unknown at this time if he can act as your personal pack mule, as Rex and other companions could mainly within Fallout: New Vegas, but commanding your dog to fetch items within the world was demonstrated. All one needs is to point in the world, and the dog shall obey.

Power Armor

Though not directly addressed in the E3 presentation, power armor seems to have undergone a bit of a revamp. Aside from the crafting treatment much of the rest of the game has been given, allowing you to customize your power armor to your heart's desire, the armor seem to be much more valuable. A new HUD was shown for the power armor, and new features, such as a jet pack. It seems like one will no longer be able to use the armor willy nilly, as some things might make it balance out in power, such as decreased speed. Hopefully more is seen in time.

Conclusion

With so much to offer, Fallout 4 seems to be one of the best games of the year, and definitely a sure favorite for the fans. We won’t have to wait much longer, though, to explore the wastelands once more, as the game will be released November 10th of this year. Until then, while we all sit and wait, to emerge from the Vault 111, check the Fallout 4 Demo Showcase below!

Fallout 4: Map Size and Location Analysis

Once again, Fallout community has proven to have the greatest fans one game series can possibly have. The pre-war team known as The Pre-War Hub on YouTube, featuring MrMattyPlays, done an extremely good research job with the in-depth analysis of Fallout 4 Map, giving the most plausible locations that were unknown in the trailer, and possible map size of Fallout 4, such as Vault 111, The Nuke Site, and the "garage".

They even got the rough estimate of the map size of Fallout 4, for which they say it will be around 30 square miles, double that of Skyrim's 14.6 square miles. With Bethesda claiming they are out to reinvent the open world genre, and with a new engine under the hood, I think that the map of Fallout 4 could be even three times bigger than the one from Skyrim. You can check that under Fallout 4 Gameplay Features (leaked) article.

The Imgur user SlendyIsBehindYou and the rest of the group posted interesting, in-depth breakdown of the map locations shown above, using various modern "tricks" while analyzing the Official Fallout 4 Trailer. The best way for you to see how they got to the map locations and size is to check the Fallout 4 map layout and locations post on Imgur.

What's left for you is to check the video of in-depth analysis of the most plausible locations and map size and of Fallout 4 below:

Fallout 4 Gameplay Features (leaked)

The following information about Fallout 4 Gameplay Features is leaked information, which means that it doesn't have to be true, can be particularly true, but also, that it may contain a huge amount of spoilers. Since we got that clear, I will start with the game engine which is the most crucial part of any game. Fallout 4 will be developed for all platforms, but firstly, only for PS4, XBone, and PC (next-gen). That's right, Fallout 4 is developed in two different game engines.

The first version uses a brand new engine built from the ground up to take advantage of the power of next-gen systems. Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 version is also being developed by Bethesda Game Studios, but will release a year after the advanced version. This version runs on the Creation Engine, the same engine that powered Skyrim. This is being done so that PS3/360 users can play the game without a problem. Everything will be the same in this version as the advanced version, except for the graphics, gameplay, and some additional features.

Gameplay Features

Fallout 4 plays similar to Fallout 3 and New Vegas. You can play in Third Person or First Person, or on the PC version, a new "Classic Mode" that will put the game into birds eye view and play similar to the classic Fallout Games. Unlike Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas, you can only play as a man. This is due to the storyline requiring it. However, after the main story is over, you can have a gender change.

At the beginning of the game, you create your character (You can only be a male in the main story), and afterward, you start the game with a blast. After the blast, you awake to see the building you are standing inside blown apart and your wife, Lydia, dead. Robots and Androids are storming the place, killing and kidnapping the people inside. You, known as "The Officer", must escape and get revenge.

In Fallout 4, you are in Boston (and the surrounding countryside), and it takes place in the year 2287, exactly 10 years after Fallout 3. In Fallout 4, mixing things up, BSG are making the game more "Story Based" and the player character will finally talk, and narrate his storyline.

Location, Factions, and Creatures

LOCATION
The map of Fallout 4 is about 3 times the size of Skyrim. The reason for this is to make a much more realistic and interactive world, that players can always find new things, even if they have played it for years after release.

The downtown area is entirely controlled by "The Institute", a group of techies and scholars, as well as researchers, who devote their lives to technology. The countryside area is a "Wasteland" with small towns and settlements, as well as vaults here and there. Logan International Airport is taken over by the Brotherhood of steel, who are there trying to control the technology, and are currently waging a war against the institute, as they both have disagreements as to who should be in control of the technology in the area.

Meanwhile, Vault 79, located outside of Boston, is under the control by "The Railroad", a group of people dedicated to helping Androids escape the institute.

FACTIONS
The Railroad returns from Fallout 3, where you only had a small glimpse of it during the "Replicated man" quest. In this game, they are a full faction and are much larger.

The Brotherhood Of Steel returns and control Logan Airport. This BOS is not the same as seen in Fallout 3. Instead, a similar BOS to the ones seen in the classic Fallout games as well as Fallout New Vegas make an appearance, only caring about technology, and will obtain it by force if they have to.
The Institute returns from Fallout 3 and is headed by a man named Thomas Littleton. They are the primary antagonists of the game and control most of Boston Downtown. Their patrols in Downtown Boston are the counterpart in this game to the Super Mutants in Downtown DC in Fallout 3.

Talon Company also returns, but in a much smaller force. They base operations outside of a bunker located in Downtown Boston.

CREATURES
Super Mutants return, in the same form as the ones from Fallout 3, keeping in line with the "East Coast" mutants. Feral Ghouls return as well. Vicious Dogs return. Feral Cats are new, and exclusively located in one of the vaults. Spore Carriers return from Fallout New Vegas and are located in sewers.

OTHER
Madison Li returns from Fallout 3. 10 years prior to Fallout 4, she left D.C after the Loss of James and having thought she lost the lone wanderer as well. Having had enough, she left to Boston, as it is home to one of the biggest Scientific facilities. Madison will once again be voiced by Jennifer Massey.

Three Dog returns as well, although he is only heard on the radio, and not seen in person. People believe the radio is not actually live, and that it is simply a looped recording. (Based on the fact that you CAN kill him in Fallout 3.) He is voiced by Erik Todd Dellums.

Bryan Wilks returns from Fallout 3. Yes, the little boy you saved from Grayditch. He is now 19 years old and is a mercenary, working with Talon Company. He bases his reason as to working with them on "Once someone saved me, and I wanted to be just like them!" He is voiced by Jerry Jewell.
