16. Hostetler home
It is located just east of Gun Runners and south of New Vegas medical clinic and home of Don and Mrs. Hostetler. The house is comprised of an initial living room, containing a Sunset Sarsaparilla star bottle cap, a small bathroom on the right, a bedroom in the north, and a small kitchen. Supposedly three people live here but there is only a queen sized bed in the home.
17. Isaac's house
It is located east of the Gun Runners building, just beyond the overpass. It belongs to the nearby operating Gun Runners Isaac. When entering from the front door: consists of a living room upon entering, a bedroom with a "free" bed on the immediate right, and a kitchen with a fridge and various minor loot, ending with the back door out.
18. Lake Mead
A lake that serves as the primary source of pure non-irradiated water to the Mojave Wasteland. There are fish in the lake as well (although they cannot be interacted with). On the lake bed, a crashed B-29 airplane can be found, which the Courier is asked to bring up to the surface by the Boomers during the quest Volare!.
There is also an underwater cave southeast of the B-29, the Lake Mead cave (not to be confused with the Camp Guardian caves). Directly behind the plane lies a partially sunken ship resembling a tugboat, red in color, which has some gore bags coming out of a hole in the hull. Directly below this ship is the cave.
19. Mercenary camp
It is located north of Horowitz farmstead, which is in the north-west area of the Mojave Wasteland. It is an unmarked location and there is nothing much about it - the camp consists of a campfire surrounded by three benches with a few mercenaries and frag mines nearby. Except if you have Wild Wasteland trait which activates the exact model used for the crashed UFO in Fallout 3.
The YCS/186 Gauss rifle can be obtained here, if you do not have the Wild Wasteland trait. The alien blaster replaces the YCS/186 with the Wild Wasteland trait active. The mercenary who carries the YCS/186 wears full set of reinforced combat armor.
20. Mojave home
It is located north of mole rat ranch and west of Fields' shack. It's abandoned now, but clearly was used for moonshining. It looks like many other boarded-up adobe houses in the wasteland, but this one is not boarded up, and therefore accessible. However, an Average lock on the front and back doors locks the home, picking the locks cause a gain of negative Karma. The most obvious detail is the floor is covered with soil and there are corn stalks jutting up throughout the house.
